1" X 2" Ceramic Column Scoring Wafer

Generic 1” X 2” x 0.025” square, 98% alumina wafers (Al₂O₃) commonly used to score capillary columns and optical fibers and various images depending upon stock. The wafers have four smooth edges (for glass capillary and fiber) and four micro-serrated edges (for glass-lined metal capillary and SS hypodermic needle stock). 

Image to the user places smooth cutting edge to the work.

Silica Physics offers custom screen print with our proprietary “laser brown” marking for short runs and low cost, one color images.
