InnovaQuartz was awarded patent number 9,122,009 by the US Patent and Trademark Office on September 1st, 2015 for ProFlex LLF. On December 29th, 2015 IQ was awarded a second ProFlex LLF patent, number 9,223,089. Both patents were First Action Allowances, issuing without modification.
